Why when searching for this Study Bible it appears as if Logos has it listed but not.
That usually means that it's not available for purchase in your country.

@Richard Wardman Is there anyway of getting it, as I don't understand the restriction as I can get the physical copy from the Book Shop in South Africa.
Not unless the publisher changes where the book can be made available.
I get your disappointment. I would really like the NIV UK audio bible, published by Zondervan, but it is not available in the UK! 🤷♂️
I thought, "Ooh! That could be a fun purchase!" but then I remembered… I already have a Colour Code Study Bible!
😁
That having been said, I'll go look it up to see if it's available to me. #PreceptUponPrecept
That's an impressive-looking highlighting system!! Is that based on an existing system, or have you invented it yourself? Or a mix of both!?
Alas! My hand struggles to form the most basic shapes and letters. I fear I shall never have a Bible that looks as pleasing as yours!
That warms my heart. Thanks for sharing that.
I think we could do with a wow button on the forums, too 😮 I could've used it here for Carmen's Bible!
Hi Richard! Yes, I have been using Precept Ministries' (founded by Kay Arthur who just passed away a few weeks ago) bible studies for years, either their New International Study Series (15-30 mins a day), or their Precept Upon Precept series (1 hr a day - that's what I'm into now). Some of the first instructions when you open the study is to get some colouring pencils and index cards, and a bible you're willing to mark up (so yeah, don't use that priceless Gutenberg your family inherited, ya know? 😉)
It has been life-changing from the moment I started 29 years ago (with the book of Joshua of all things, as a new Christian! 😀) I can't recommend it enough.
Ooooooh, an ebook edition that heavily relies on formatting. Avoid at all cost.
(If you still want to purchase, just pretend to buy from the US.)
@Carmen Gauvin-O'Donnell these studies that you are talking about. Are these studies available on Logos also.
Only the New International Study ones I think, and I'm not sure if they're all on there? Just do a search under Kay Arthur. As far as I know the Precept Upon Precept (the longer ones) are not. HEY LOGOS!! 😁
By the way, may I also commend to everyone the EXCELLENT read that was Israel My Beloved, some historical fiction she wrote years ago. When what we she was doing in the book dawned on me, I was blown away by the genius of it!
Nice work, Carmen!👍️ Here is an excerpt from mine:
What neat printing you have, William! Well done sir! :-)
Thank you, Carmen. God bless you.❤️
Thank you for the instructions on how to install Word Search on a new computer. I followed those instructions, but how do I start Word Search after the three sets of files are copied? As others have noted, though I have tried Logos, I still prefer Word Search. I started using it when it was Thompson Chain-Reference Bible.…
Yesterday I took my laptop to the kitchen table to do some work and was not connected. I was surprised to see that Lemma in Passage did not work offline. Is the number of features that require being online increasing and is the plan to keep increasing those?
Computer crashed and I replaced it. How do I transfer my license with my resources to the new computer?
I am really hoping that I can find a functional solution regarding the PB. I also don't care if it is the PB specifically, I just need something functional. So in Accordance obviously they have their "User Bible". What that means is that on my end my txt file looks like: Gen. 1:1 My text Gen. 1:2 My text Gen. 1:3 My text I…
Let's say I have a floating window with three tabs. I want to drag a book showing in my library window to my floating window to become another tab. It works—except most of the time when it doesn't. I have to get the new tab lined up just precisely perfect which seems to be an almost impossible thing to do. That little…
