how do I keep notes in a method easy to export?
I have A LOT of notes that I am importing. I really need to stress that these are a lot of notes, and there are lot of anchors on my notes. Some of my notes have 30+ anchors. I am planning on exporting all my notes just to be safe, and I understand how to do that.
However, I recently stumbled on a thread which said that there is a limit to how large note files can be to export?? Specifically, "there is a limit of 157 pages for an export of Notes (254 pages in Word)." People on this thread were coming up with ways to bypass this, but I don't want to put the notes under unnecessary stress.
Given this, I am thinking maybe I should have one notebook for each book of the Bible to keep the note export of each notebook small? Would that be prudent? Or is there a note count limit where if I notice a notebook has x number of notes I should start a new notebook? If so, what number would that be?
Likewise, can I just create all my notes and then move them to different notebooks as I need to? I know how to do this, but I am worried that notes with a lot of anchors might have an issue if I change its notebook.
Any clarity about this would be appreciated.
