NIV Application Bible Notes Missing QR Code

After looking at the print version, page xv in the Logos version of the NIV Application Bible Companion Mobile App Instructions, is missing the QR code to download the resource. It talks all about it but there is no way to scan/download it. It seems like digital owners should have this ability as well.
