I only have access to the web version. I am wanting to access my saved studies, is this not possible on a Mac?
I have no problems with an iMac and a MacBookAir.
Is there any reason why you are only using the web app as opposed to downloading the desktop app to your MacBook?
The Web app works, but is very basic. It is the download of the desk top app that won't open. I have tried multiple downloads and rebooting the Macbook.
What happens when you try to open the desktop app?
Does it hang, do you get any sort of error message?
It hangs and then disappears. I am worried the M4 chip may be the issue, but I am a novice with Apple.
I recommend enabling diagnostic logging and uploading logs to this thread after a failed start attempt.
Details on logging are Here
Not sure if this is working.
This is as far as I get, after a period of time the blue icon disappears and I have to eventually force close Logos. If I select open windows, it says no windows open.
Chip: Apple M45 Pro.
OS Sequoia 15.5
Console logs are not meaningful. The link for Logos logs was provided in @Graham Criddle's post above yours.
Again, I am very new to Apple. It appears that I don't get far enough to generate an error log. When I try to open the Logos App, I get this:
After a brief period, that disappears. I don't even get to a log in prompt. Logos shows active until I force quit. I repeat with the same result. I do not have a clue other than to guess the latest Chip: Apple M45 Pro. or OS Sequoia 15.5 is not compatable with Logos. Reboot does not help.
Thank you for all the help.
So, it is fixed, I did a factory reset. The first thing I did was add Logos. That seemed to be the trick.
Thank you to Dave and Graham for your assistance.

I really appreciate the new study assistant as far as the AI features in are concerned. I think this is a great advancement and the right direction. The question I have is how much more taxing on the is the study up until now the AI usage was pretty sparse and I rarely if ever used my credit credits, however I can see the…
46.0 beta 3 adds a focus indicator to the Study Assistant - from the release notes: "Using the keyboard for navigation within the study assistant is now easier thanks to the new focus indicator." When I use the tab key to move between different footnote indicators, I get a popup on each footnote which is nice. But the…
