Just took my AUSU Eeepc and bumped to 2 gig ram and then went Windows 7 and then L4.  After a lot of 'indexing' so far so good.  It is working well.  Will not be installing L3 at this time.

Congrats. I am running L4 on an EeePC netbook as well (mine is older with XP on it). It is a bit slow and certainly takes longer to index than my desktop, but the portability is well worth it. If you are willing to put up with a little bit of waiting when running complex commands (or when you have too many books open) you will find it to be a very pleasurable use of L4.
