"Add To Your Docs" doesn't seem to be working...

Someone was showing me about adding inline notes from the community (e.g., LSB notes, 1689 notes, etc.), a feature I hadn't tried yet. I found the notes under the public docs, but when I click "add to your docs," nothing happens. The notes don't appear under "yours" in documents, nor do they appear as visual filters. I tried restarting Logos, but still no luck. Any suggestions?

It seems you are adding public notebooks to your Logos - they should appear in the notes tool.

I only see notes I've made under the notes tool, unless I'm looking in the wrong place. I tried looking and searching for each, but I don't see them.

@Shaun Marksbury I will use the LSB Translation Notes as an example. In order to see the results of your download you must go to the resource associated with the notes. In this instance it is the LSB. Let's use Mt 13.32 as an example text if you have correctly downloaded the document you will see small red sparks or stars in this verse. If you hover or click the spark the note will display in the popup.

If you don't see this you have not successfully downloaded a copy of the document. Come back here for help.

No, it's still not there. I don't see it as an option in visual filters, either.

If it's there the option is under Notes > notes and highlights enable this option.

These are the options I have under visual filers, and they were already selected. Should I deselect "no notebook"? I still don't see any results for LSB if I do, nor do any red stars appear. Unless you meant in the Notes tab, which still doesn't show the LSB notes, either.

If you don't see LSB Translation Notes in the drop down display found below, it has not been successfully downloaded. You will need me to explain the process.

@Shaun Marksbury I'm not sure exactly what is wrong with that document, but I had problems too.

Try this:

Go to the web page for that document: https://documents.logos.com/documents/9ea1d3279688a8da402c9ebcd7ecfe21/details
In the upper left corner, click the Action button. You might see an option to "Disconnect" from the document. If so, click that option. Otherwise skip to the next step.
Click the Action button again, and choose the Connect option:

Shortly after, you should see the sync icon spinning in your application toolbar. When that stops, the notes should be available.
