Is anyone else experiencing issues with the Media tool?

When I try to use the media tool right now, I keep getting a blank screen. For example, I'm selecting a Hebrew word and clicking visual copy which normally creates a slide. Now it is pulling up a blank screen in the media tool. It seems to work if I restart Logos a couple of times, but I cannot get it to function consistently either as an issue or a solution.

2025 macbook pro (latest OS)

Still having issues with this regularly. I've been able to get "visual copy" to work once today. Every other time my media tool just goes blank and doesn't load.

Switching Translations in Sermon Builder
