Crash and unreleased file from logging

1. With book open, go to table of contents in book (not side panel)
2. Select an entry and right click to open context menu - it crashes Note if I use the small menu Copy it does not crash
3. Try to zip log files - cannot because one did not get released
4. After not being able to find the offending background thread, restart Windows to succeed in zipping files to report error

Please clarify.
The log file shows "BkHighlightingVisualFilterBase | Calculated markup for LLS:CSMCMYSTRCNFSSR" if that is your book, but it crashes on Passage List utility connected with doing something in Context menu (if I read the log correctly).
