Clicking in scroll bar to page-down rather than jump to a search result

If I have an active search, the scroll bars of my other documents are littered with coloured markers indicating that there is a 'hit' at that position in the document.

I used to be able to click below the scroller in the scroll bar to jump down a page. However, when there are coloured markers in the bar, Logos interprets that click as "jump to this search result". Is there a way to be able to click in a scroll bar to page-down any more?

You can turn off those "wear marks" in the scroll bars so they don't get in your way. Open Tools > Program Settings, and set both "Show Auto and Favorite Bookmarks" and "Show Search Bookmarks" to No.

Because that's what Logos calls them. The term is not unique to them. It's been used by others in data visualization circles, and Logos's CEO Bob Pritchett is a big proponent of data visualization, as you can probably tell by seeing some of the new graphical features in L4 (the "translation ring" in Bible Word Study, Passage Analysis graphs, etc.) The notion of "wear marks" comes from the places in a physical book where the edges of the pages get worn from frequently reading those pages.
