Is there a best way of collating info on Logos when researching in the Bible?

I have an essay where I need to write about the Servant theme in the book of Isaiah. Most of my sources will be relying on Bible verses. What would be the best way to gather and collate information about it? E.g. I want to collect all the verses about the servant in Isaiah while reading through it.

The only two ways I know are:

Highlight all the verses I want in a different colour. E.g Blue for Servant
Create a new notebook and manually add notes into them, even if notes are blank. E.g. Select all verses, add new note. Set note into new notebook.

If your first step is to collect a list of verses, you could use a Passage List document:

How to Use a Passage List

As you work through a Bible, you can right-click on individual verses (or ranges of verses) and add them to the list as you go.
