I have replaced my laptop and I am trying to install the LOGOS program on my new laptop. I have downloaded the file from logos but it will not allow me to sign in. I am stuck in a sign in loop. the au https://auth.faithlife.com/ which asks me to authorize. after I click authorize, (and I do have the right email / password), I am getting an "something went wrong" error.
