My Sermon Manager on the desktop has stopped syncing with the same tool on the web app. (And yes, I'm logged in under the same account.) It looks like it stopped in late May (ish).
Any ideas?

Logos help isn't working. Google was better but I still can't find the answer (this is one of the things that makes using Logos so frustrating at times). What is the code for a collection rule for 'abbreviated title?' I can't remember it and I'm not guessing right.
When I attempt to log in on my phone of Tablet I am told I am using an invalid E-Mail or password. I am using the same email and password I used for a logos log on with my computer, as instructed.
Desktop app will not permit me to get into the program. It wants to authorize my login but does not allow me to access and continues to block me from using my program? I am confused.
