I have Pro tier with only a few Media Interactives. How do I add more?
@Emmitt Channell, are you looking on your desktop application by chance? I have seen some users not have the interactives installed locally and as a result they do not appear in the application.
I would encourage you to search your library and confirm they are installed on the device that you are using. I have added a screenshot of my search for "interactive" and it shows 42 installed on "This Device". You may see "Not on this Device" listed if it is not downloaded.
Let me know if this does not solve your issue!
Thanks for posting this. I was unable to see many of the new Interactive features that I've been seeing on YouTube demonstrations. I was able to search for them in the Library and "install" them locally. Now they work beautifully.
