Me too yesterday. Oddly a regular buy works fine (knows me).
for some reason, I saw this on the seminary now courses, but I didn’t see it on others. I tested it out and it worked just fine so I’m not sure what the issue is.
My default method is not even showing. What gives?
I'm having the same problem. Customer service are placing my pre-order. I've notified them I'm not alone. Hope they alert someone though.
Hi everyone, We apologize for the confusion. We are doing some backend changes and the billing profiles haven't migrated over for pre-pubs yet, so billing profiles need to be re-entered for pre-pubs temporarily. Not a scam and still secure; but certainly an inconvenience and annoyance - sorry about that! We will have it resolved in the next few weeks so you can either wait or re-enter your billing information in the meantime.

Properly done, we would be forewarned of this situation, and a solution provided by L.
