What does Brill offer that I can’t get from BDAG? (Esp for teaching/preaching)

Hi folks

I’m trying to get a feel for whether Brill will add anything significant that I can’t get from BDAG (and many others I own including LSJ).

My use case is carrying out exegetical study as a teaching/preaching pastor, rather than scholar or academic.

If anyone has experience lf these two reference works, what is your experience of how they compare/contrast, esp for my use case?

For your use case, Brill is almost certainly not worth the money. It is broader than biblical Greek, which is just noise for you.
