Logos 42.1 Note feature lost outlining sequential numbering ability but still keeps proper structure

Logos Desktop 42.1 Note feature has lost the ability to outline sequential numbering, but still retains proper physical structure. When I pull up the same note on my iPhone, everything is in order: the outline numbering and physical structure match and are correct.

Did point 5 become point 3 on your iPhone (as well as correcting the alpha sub-points h thru m)?

Previously reported issues with manual numbered lists have maintained the list numbering but continued the sub-points across numbered points.
