Have you guys had any problems running CCleaner and Logos 4?
If I run CCleaner my Logos 4 has to rebuild my index.

No problems here. What do your CC settings look like?

Under System I have checked:
Empty Recycle Bin
Temporary Files
Clipboard
Memory Dumps
Chkdsk File Fragments
Window Log Files
I have never had a problem, and I run CCleaner all the time.
If you are running the Registry Cleaner portion, I would un-check the "ActiveX and Class Issues" box.
I have no problem and I have everything checked in the registry cleaner options. The only changes I have made was to limit what gets deleted in Firefox.
