I have 4.1 SR-4, a Dual core 1.73ghz, 2 GB RAM, and whenever I print, Logos does not repond and then eventually closes. This is not an isolated problem, it happens everytime. Any thoughts?
Do you have any problems printing to this printer from other applications? are you sure the correct printer is selected? If you have another print driver "e.g. Send to OneNote" does that work for you?

No, it prints from Word and every other application just fine and I have only one printer on this computer. It is not just not printing, Logos is shutting down.

What are you trying to print? Could you upload the logs?

Primarily what is being printing is from the exegetical guide; however, it also locks up and shuts down when printing from notes as well.
I would recommend sending your logs so that those more knowledgeable then I can see more precisely what is going on. While you wait for an answer to your logs I would try exporting it to word instead of printing outright.
