Using the Lexham Greek-English Interlinear, I used the Table of Contents button to look up the morphology codes and found that ALL material prior to the Greek texts themselves are blank. The headers show up in the Table of Contents, but the text itself is blank. Can anyone explain this or help me recover the text?

From your description it sounds like you have "Bible Text Only" turned on - turn it off and you will be able to see the text in the preface etc.

Spelling Dictionary?
