We’re introducing a new Counseling Lens in the Factbook panel, bringing all the functionality of the Counseling Guide into a more unified and streamlined format.
This change replaces the Counseling Guide, so if you open a Counseling Guide, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Factbook panel with the Counseling Lens active. None of the generated content is being taken away, the same content, structure, and insights you rely on are still available, just relocated to Factbook.
What You’ll See in the Counseling Lens
New Sections:
- Counseling Resources – An organized collection of relevant books, courses, and websites related to the active counseling reference.
- Related Topics – Displays the active topic within relevant hierarchies such as Cultural Concepts, Systematic Theology, and Counseling Themes.
Existing Sections:
- Existing Factbook sections like Key Article, Passages, Dictionaries, and Journals will now filter down to counseling-specific content when the Counseling Lens is active.
This is now available for testing in Desktop on beta. Give it a try today!
