Today I learned that Robert Hanhart (the second name after Rahlfs listed as 'author' in your Septuagint, and sole 'author' of about a third of the Göttingen Sepuagint) passed away recently at 100 years of age. His obituary (linked below) stresses that he was a scholar relying on paper and pencil rather than computers. May he rest in peace!
