Bug: Recent Resource Update not refelected in Last Updated
Of the 7 resources received only 4 showed Today in Last Updated in Library:-
- Bible History: Old Testament BHISTOT.logos4
- The ESV Study Bible ESVSB.logos4
- The Works of Philo philo.logos4
- Tanakh, The Holy Scriptures TANAKH.logos4
The ones not updated were:
- Enhanced Brown-Driver-Briggs Hebrew and English Lexicon BDB.logos4
- Who’s Who in Christian History who.logos4
- Logos Bible Software Infographics LBSINFOGRPHX.logos4

I only have two resources showing as updated after a 350MB download!
Strangely, my copy of the ESV Study Bible does not appear as updated "today"

Not much correlation on dates. Notice only three files say "Today". (And this was posted on Monday, so "Tuesday" is a week ago, which is the date of most of the resources in the library.)

I have the same issue only show two that the update actually changed - but the log shows I have 8 items that were updated.

I noticed the same problem and have filed a bug report.

Odd, this morning L4 wants to download another 315MB. i clicked to let it do it again (it downloaded 300MB last night and spent 2+ hours indexing).
EDIT: it ended up updating 2 more resources and indexed them as New (have not merged) which took about 45 minutes. Wonder why they were not included in last nights 300MB download.

It might help if you told us the file names (were they in Melissa's list?)

This is in current beta version (4.2 beta) that is being tested (note that this thread is in the "PC Beta" forum).

sorry for the delay. Yes the 2 books updated today around 10am my time are shown below. It is odd that the date showed yesterday (10-25-2010), i know for certain that they were added today (10-26-2010); also see my earlier post above for what was added last night.
And last night there were no New Resources in a search after updating & indexing. But as you can see below the ESV SB was added today after today's update. I would have expected it to come in the large download last night. My library is fairly small as compared to others here on the forum. So last night to receive 300+MB and only installed 32+MB of resources seems like an unfair use of my time. Indexing last night took several hours, fortunately today's index only took about 45 minutes.
this is just my observation.

I noticed this morning the 20 resoueces that should have been dated 10/25, of which only 2 did- now none show a date of 10/25, even the 2 whose date was 10/25 have now reverted to 10/19.

I'm not sure why you apparently got 2 x 300 MB downloads (the first appears to be a lot smaller), but the Date Modified is not related to the date installed as they are the same as mine (allowing for time zone differences) ie. it is the date modified by Logos.

There was a fix included in Beta 4 for the bug that Bradley reported (which didn't make it into release notes, yet). The fix is for future updates. (Previously updated resources will not show different dates.)

The last two round of resource updates (48 MB & 980 MB) indicates that Last Updated is working correctly.

Yes- it does- but I had to figure out to scroll up to see them it does not automatically go to the top of the list.
