How can I completely revert a Logos installation on my macbook air m4

After installing the lates Logos version 43.0.0.0377 on my mac (https://downloads.logoscdn.com/LBS10/Installer/LogosMac-arm.dmg) I get a dialog with a login request ( without the posibility to enter my credentials). After pressing the Log in button there is for a short time a dutch message meaning "Your library is being prepared". After that I'm back in the login request dialog with a red message "Something went wrong."

Also after installing Logos version 37.2.0.0012 on my mac fails with after entering my login credentials getting the message "Unable to connect" (https://downloads.logoscdn.com/LBS10/Installer/37.2.0.0012/LogosMac-arm.dmg)

The reason I completely removed Logos was because for a long time synchonisation fails and I want to load my purchages. But information at the community about completely removing Logos including user data is very outdated. A lot of links dont even exist anymore. And more important for me, after removing the enumerated Logos files and folders from the /user/{username}/Library subfolders It still doesn't work..

Please could you help me? I also tried with my firewall and virus scanner turned off, that didn't help.

If on OS 12 try this update .

I use this to uninstall Mac Apps, it includes the folder paths of the related App.

App link : https://freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/

Open the Application folder → Drag the Logos into the AppCleaner

Sometimes the folder will get stuck but you can right click on the stubborn files/folders & manually trash it. This will ensure a cleaner uninstall.

After that re-install Logos again & see if it works.
