I've just received the Expositor's Greek Testament (EGT), as it matured from pre-pubs. Looking at my Exegetical Summaries series, it already links through to EGT, which is great. I've been paying attention to the Exegetical Summary of Colossians recently and most of the links work. However, there is no link for the Tyndale Commentaries (TNTC). They've been out for some time. So I have a few questions:
When should we expect a link and when shouldn't we?
How do we know whether a link should exist or not?
Should the lack of TNTC link be listed somewhere, such as http://wiki.logos.com/Books_Missing_Pagination_and_Other_Indexes or http://wiki.logos.com/Metadata_correction_proposals?
Is there a page on forums that answers these already?
I have a few other link related questions, but I'll split the post, as I don't want these questions to get lost.
