I have recently had problems whenever I try to download new resources that I have purchased. When I tell the app to update, it will start the downloading process, get up to around 25% on the progress bar, then suddenly go back down to 0%. It might raise again slightly, and then I get a notification that the download failed. I manually tell the app to update multiple times, and it has the exact same problem. My internet connection is solid, and my computer itself has the newest Windows operating system update, so I don't know why it continually keeps failing to download resources. IfI go on the web app, the resources are in my library, but they won't finish download to my dekstop app.
