One of the authors Eitan Bar changed his theological position on soteriology and had a divorce and wanted to remarry so they ousted him at One for Israel and removed his videos and obviously recalled his books.
I don't know the answer specifically, but if the title was available at one time and is not currently available, it's usually because the license agreement the Logos people had with the publisher has changed. There are lots of discussions about such cases in these forums.

I Had to re-install my Windows. When I re-installed LOGOS it needed to download my books. It only downloaded up to 20%, then it stops. Restarting and re-installing doesn't help
I'm getting frustrated trying to find an interlinear Bible resource that gives me Greek and English . The ones I have found available are not really user friendly and they do not have the English readily available if at all.
