We had a subscription for Logos Proclaim software. Auto-renew was cancelled in January 2025. We got an acknowledgement from Logos on 28th January 2025 to confirm auto-renew was cancelled. However, by July 2025 we noticed they had taken payment and renewed the subscription. When first contacted about this new payment we received the same kind of response as we did in January. When challenging them as to why it was renewed and to request a refund we have heard nothing and even though this has been chased up we still hear nothing. I have seen other reports of problems with Logos when trying to cancel subscriptions, which seems to suggest there is a serious ethical problem with this company.
