When V4 is set to maximum screen it is larger than my monitor screen; it was correct before the update.

    Plus, if the V4 Beta
    6 (4.0.3.0831)

    screen is Manually expand to full screen, than the taskbar will not expand (I use auto-hide taskbar). If I raise the screen to the level of where the taskbar would be when unhidden, than the taskbar will work correctly. (Sorry for not putting the Beta number on previous posting.)

    I agree - I also tried it in different screen resolutions.

    the "blue border band" does NOT show up in full screen.
