Glenn, all your Logos 4 files have to be on the same drive. If you set Logos up on your Logos documents folders will be there. If you chose the default set-up they will be on C:.
Logos doesn't actually put your documents in your My Documents folder. They are (default) in C:\Users\{User Name}\AppData\Local\Logos4\Documents
