There is no Smart Bible Inline Search on the mobile app

Because you are attempting to perform an Inline Smart Bible search, you must first open a Bible before initiating the search. The screenshot you shared indicates that you did not initiate the search from a Bible.

Ok, apologies. Then I cannot explain why it's not working for you. Perhaps double check that you are indeed running v44.

Can you try with an English Bible like ESV or even Luther 1984? I don't have Schlachter 2000 to test.

Upon switching my system language to German, Inline Smart Bible search stopped working. This is a problem with the German UI.

Verbum 44 with German UI on Android:
I started in the Einheitsübersetzung and got the same as OP. I clicked on "Suchwerkzeug öffnen" and it works (see my picture)
@NichtnurBibelleser good one. Thanks a lot. But you wouldn‘t have to click on "Suchwerkzeug öffnen" to open the Inline Smart Bible Search to use it. It‘s missing (see on the screenshot 1). The "Inline-Suche" is there but the "Inline-Smart Such“ is missing. Screenshot 2 is showing, how it should be.

I'm pretty sure you're doing a regular smart Bible search in that screenshot, rather than an inline search. The difference on mobile is admittedly a bit more nuanced than on desktop.
We have opened a ticket so that Smart Inline Search will be available in languages other than English.
I have tagged this issue as a bug.
