Problem solved. Thank you Logos
Well actually @NewUserr , your assertion - "Amazon, Hulu, Netflix, you name it, if you accidentally forgot to cancel a free trial, they’ll help you out. " - WRONG.
Amazon - If you cancel within three business days of the trial converting into a paid membership, Amazon will refund your full membership fee. After that, no. You didn't say how long specifically it was before you called to cancel. If after the grace period you might be offered a full refund, but only if you did not use any Amazon Prime benefits (impossible to determine for Bible software). https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=G2B9L3YR7LR8J4XP
Hulu - “We do not refund or credit for partially used billing periods, although we may provide such refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis in our sole and absolute discretion.” https://www.hulu.com/subscriber_agreement
Netflix - does not offer free trials in many regions anymore. If you’re billed, it typically means your account continues month to month with no contract https://help.netflix.com/en/node/16282
Just sayin'. Get your facts straight before the rant.
I….
Well, I am not an employee. Another bad assumption on your part.
Given your track record you're going to have to substantiate the remark "the second you ask, you get it back" - since the basic of your OP was wrong - very intentionally leading people on to think Logos had such an outlier policy. Got any proof of that remark?
Since you are such a stickler for doing the right thing - I bet you didn't read the Logos policy on free trials - in part it says "Please keep a record of when your free-trial period ends. To avoid unwanted charges, you are responsible for canceling the automatic renewal of your Subscription in a timely manner."

Do you know what that means? So what did they do wrong since they communicated it to you, and you either didn't read it or didn't understand it?
It's always someone else's fault huh. You forgot to cancel - deal with it.
When they first started up the prescription (oops, subscription), I thought it odd, no refund. You can buy 5-figures at a time from FL and ask a refund for up to 30 days. But a $200 subscription, no way. I think they mentioned an accounting headache.
That said, they were/are pretty up-front. And trying to nail them, when they spec'd the rules for you?
I'm glad to hear this situation has been resolved for you. Many Logos policies exist to guard against misuse.
Instead of attacking Logos in your OP, and attacking me, if you just would have called them it would have been a non-issue. And, if you had posted on here that you were upset about what happened without the attacks, you would have gotten a lot of consolation. I am glad it worked out for you.
I did exactly what the Logos customer service person told me to do who understood my concern. What are you talking about “attacking you”? You were attacking me 😂. I was simply saying you should be less repulsive on the internet even if you’re talking to someone who appears to be anonymous. Instead, you were immediately assuming I was lying about previous experiences and basically saying I blame everyone else for my problems.. for a reasonable concern. If you buy something by mistake, it’s not unreasonable to request a refund.
you need to read your posts again. You made assertions about Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon that were false. You tried to build a false case against Logos for their policies. You got called on it. I stated the obvious. You just called me repulsive, which I have reported. Where in any of these did I call you a name? this is my last post, it seems like all you want to do is have a fight. Go ahead and reply, and call me some more names, and that will be the end of it.
I really don’t care buddy. Have a good night.
I have called Logos several times and each time my problem was handled forthright and to my satisfaction. I give the help line 5 stars, personally. I know mistakes can happen, but we should not let a mistake be taken as a normal way of operating.
Just my 2 cents. 😎
