Why can't there be a downloadable PDF version of these manuals? It is not difficult to convert the files into PDF if they have already been published in a printed format.
Are you referring to the ones produced by Morris Proctor? That would make sense!
Did you send a request to Mr. Proctor? He updates the manuals with PDF additions so it is possible. I'm not sure why he wouldn't want to do this, but since I already have the manuals I haven't requested it.
