What is a 'Deprecated' Version of BHS
This post (and specifically the replies from Vincent Setterholm should answer the question:
why is my Logos Software now called "Legacy"? Is this like microsoft and it's annoying pattern of no longer supporting versions of its OS till they force you to buy a new one?
This is not at all like that. Your software will continue to be updated. This is just an indicator that you have previously purchased a base package containing feature licenses (and retain access to those features), but do not currently have an active subscription. That means you don't have access to the more recently developed features.
I have not definite knowledge but I assume the software is now called "Legacy" because you either did not buy the current base package and/or the subscription for new features and AI features. For example if you are still at Logos 10 feature level.
Regarding the BHS, there has been two BHS versions - one old and with mistakes/bugs and one without. They labeled the old buggy one (Deprecated) and removed this one from the library but for me it is still shown in the new insights section "Textual History"
(Deprecated)
thanks.
i have BHS in the SESB collection which, i imagine, is quite old by internet standards. i got it when they used to mail out DVDs………
Yes, then you surely have this resource. They renamed it to make it clear that this is the old one. And I was wrong, it isn't removed from the library, I only had the resource hidden and therefore couldn't open it.

Anyone else get scrambled (and even conjoined) biblical Hebrew in search results? (Or is it related to minimal memory on my PC, my version of Logos or resources, or specific layouts in a resource, etc.?) If correctable within Logos, that would enable quick scan of search results (rather than having to open an individual…
The title says it all - Turn off "show notes/highlights" for all resources on mobile app It seems like I can only do this one resource at a time - what am I not seeing?
I love the interactive Atlas, however it is a bit limited regarding historical events and sites mentioned by contemporaries of Scripture. (For example, select places in the Amarna Letters). Are there add-ons that can be purchased that list more nuanced Ancient Near Eastern (and even Middle Eastern/Maghreb/Cushite) settings?
Two Anchor Bible commentaries on prophetical books are newer than the Anchor Yale Bible Commentary bundle that I own: Ezekiel 38–48 and Jonah. The Prophets, 24 vols. bundle only includes the first one. I'd like to know if it will be updated before the Commentary Mini-Bundles Sale ends.
