I'm not sure what you mean by the Run stage
Please post a screenshot showing the point where things get stuck

Dear Mr. Graham, Thank you for your assistance. Do note, the software has been successfully downloaded and installed. When I click on the "logos icon" to open it, it would'nt open. Can you assist on how to open the software?

Do you simply get nothing or does the splash screen show and get stuck at that point?
Are you trying to run Logos on Mac or Windows?

I want to check back and see what I actually paid for in the 2025 researcher library. Now that page does not even exist! How do I know that you actually give me what I paid for? How do I even know what was included? Please, someone from Logos get the page back up for our reference!
