Custom guide doesn't respect prioritization?

I have prioritized Waltke/O'Connor Intro to Hebrew Syntax, and Jouon/Muraoka's Grammar, and no other Hebrew syntax/grammar books. These exist in a Collection titled Hebrew and Semtics. I have rebooted Logos. When my guide is run for a verse, my prioritized books do not show up at the top. Rather, you can see Gesenius there in first place before citations from Jouon. Is non-respect of prioritization expected behavior?

The main reason would be that Prioritization has no effect when searching by bible reference as the Morphology listing is in order of book Title (see the listings under the other sections). But I'm not sure that Prioritization has any effect as Grammars have different indexes.

If you hover the ? in the Guide header you will see some Help and clicking opens the Help Center.
