Display Issues with the ESV Concise Study Bible in Dark Mode

Dark mode partially hides content in tables; the issue is present throughout the book.

Light mode for comparison:

(Problem is similar to what was happening with the ESV Literary Study Bible, which was subsequently fixed.)
