Logos 4 won't open

Hi there
I'm a newbie to using Logos software but have been using Logos 4 since start of October will no problems. I tried to open the application today but it wont open. The app icon bounces on the dock and then the signing in dialogue box appears for a moment before the whole application closes down again.
I haven't had any problems before today - any advice would be really helpful.

Click the icon and immediately press the command key. This will bring up Logos' screen where you can bypass the login. If you do that, Logos opens.
Why it does no longer want to log in I do not know.

Just another hint: You can log in from the bypass screen, and it will log in correctly; after that, things seem to be back to normal for me.

There was a recent update to the software that I downloaded this morning and now it was not logging in. Thanks for the bypass info, it worked. Strange though, I hit the command key and it brought me to the screen where I can login or work offline. I tried to login and it actually worked with no error, must a small sync bug.

I tried doing the command thing and it only opens up my applications folder or else continues not to open.

you need to actually open logos then hold down the command key, but only after you start opening logos

I click on the app icon in my dock then hold down Command key and the Signing In dialogue box appears. The application does not open any more than that and closes again.

We've updated the server so that Logos 4 Mac should now present you with a login dialog (and not crash).

Chris,
I was having the same problem. I was able to correct it by turning off my internet connection and opening Logos off line. Once I did this I closed Logos and turned back on my internet and opened Logos. It opened up with no problems.
