Logos.exe not opening logos on Windows desktop. Have rebooted computer, same result. Do I just redownload the program?

A pop-up dictionary and grammar reference appears when holding the cursor over a word in a biblical text. Is there a way to increase the size of the font. The default is much to small to use in class.
