Use "Last Updated" in Collections?

in Beta Desktop App Forum

Can "Last Updated" be used to filter resources, for use in a Collections definition? If so what is the field name?

Also, how would it be done? Seems like some resources may say "Friday" but in a week would say "October 29"....
