Is it better to use Logos online or downloaded to my laptop?

Please advise. I'm new to Logos - I don't know if I should download my libraries or work fully online. In the long run, which is better?

And do we get to keep any libraries we purchase? Or the moment I stop my Logos subscription, I lose the libraries?

Download the desktop app…100%. The online app has little in common with the desktop app, and most of the differences are bad. I use the online app when I have to (like at work, where I can't download the software), but it pains me almost every time I try to do anything meaningful with it.

We do get to keep any libraries we purchase whether we continue with a subscription or not.

If we do take out a subscription that include access to some books, we would lose that access if we cancel the subscription.

There are two types of contents:

Books and features obtained through subscriptions. A number of features can become permanently owned after 2 years of subscription, but not all. The books are yours to use only as long as your subscribe.
Books obtained through purchased libraries (e.g., Starter 2025). These are permanently owned and will remain yours even after you stop subscribing.
