I recently installed Logos on a new device and for some reason not all resources were downloaded. Is there a way to force Logos to download all resources after it's installed?

When I start Logos the Logos blue screen comes up and acts like it will be going into the program. The blue screen then goes away and the program does not start. Need help with moving personal books from old computer to new computer so I don't loose all the info that I added to the book when using the program. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks
