MISSING SPEAKER TAGS - Haggai

I noticed that if you highlight the selection in quotes, the part of the verse that is being spoken, in Haggai 1:2 or 1:5, it has tags for both Speaker:Haggai and Speaker:God. Yet, if you highlight the quotes (separate from the others) in Haggai 1:3 and 1:4, there is no Speaker tag at all. Isn't this an omission?

EDIT: Sorry forgot the Bible - RSV2CE.

EDIT2: So I turned on Markers/Speakers, and there, I hover on the megaphone, I realized 1:3 has no speech, but verse 4's megaphone shows "Haggai" as speaker, yet a right click on the speech, and looking at both the selection and the verse shows no speaker tag. Why is that?

That is strange - I do see the speaker shown in the context menu

Can you post a screenshot showing what you see?

Do you see any speakers identified in speeches in the OT?

Ugh mine looks like your now. I should have taken a picture of it, it wasn't there before! I'll keep an eye on it. Sorry for the confusion!!

The best way to identify markers is to search for them:

You can see overlapping speech more clearly e.g. v.2

Actually, I see it easily in my situation - I have a Bible visual filter, green for speaker:God, and red for speaker:Jesus (some Bibles don't have red text). It jumps out at me that way!
