Cross platform upgrade

OK, so I'm sure this is covered somewhere, but I can't find it.

I'm running Logos 3 on Window at the moment, but in the near-ish future, I'd like to upgrade to Logos 4.  Does it run on both platforms now or do I need to choose one?  When I choose Mac, will it still be an upgrade or will I have to purchase the Mac version at the full cost?

With Logos 4, you don't need to do anything other then download the (free) install for the Mac version and then your licenses will sync and you'll start the download and index party.

i.e. there's no cost or need to "cross-grade" -- you can use both concurrently and pay nothing more
