I just got a new computer with Windows 11. How do I download everything to my hard drive? Every time I want to study I have to download individual books. I want to download everything at once. Thanks and God bless.

There should have been an option to download your entire library at installation time.
But, post-installation, you can download all books in the Cloud at one time. Guidance on doing that is available here

My Greek NT SBL is blacked out whenever I open it on my iPad. I used it every day. It has preciously blacked out, but then I could close the app, open it again, and it would be back. It has not helped this time. On my iPhone it pops right up. Does anyone know why this would occur and how to fix it?
