Logos Interface is getting slower and slower

The Logos interface is getting slower and slower with each update. Can Logos please make it a priority over the next few updates to improve this? This happens periodically: Logos will make a lot of improvements to speed up the software (like with Logos 10), and then, as time goes on, the interface will just get slower and slower.

It is taking longer to switch between tabs and to drag resources to the workspace. Please make it a priority to speed up the interface—and keep it fast.

I did notice a significant performance hit recently when Logos was indexing - which surprised me.

But after it had finished it was working fine - and I've just checked the responsiveness on my system and no problem.

Slow layout loading for me. And true … L10 was nice.

I'm on 43 … slowdown was about that timeframe. And (in my layout load), books come in quick; tools have the brakes on. And sometimes, it just gives up (have to reload layout). I'd say it's approaching L4 performance.

Hmm. I haven't noticed anything getting slower independent of what else I've got going on within Logos or my Windows stuff. I'm sure the dev team has some internal numbers to monitor speed as they create new builds. I wouldn't expect them to share it, but it would be fun to know.

I haven’t noticed any performance issues on MacOS with an M1 processor.

A lot depends on the task being demanded. And what sweetspot they're designing in. I can live with slow-load.

I would like to see a video demonstrate this slowdown:

Restart Logos
Open several tabs and types of resources
Reopen the same tabs.
demonstrate dragging resources
Is scrolling slower?

I, too, have NOT noticed any slowdown.

FWIW, I use a Mac Desktop with an "M1 Max" chip (which is kind of elderly, these days), 32 GB Memory, MacOS Sequoia 15.6.1, and a MacBook Air that I don't remember the specs of, but it's newer than the Desktop, so probably has similar but slightly better specs.

Probably not what you want to hear , but I must join the chorus of Mac users who have noticed no slowdown. Could the be a Windows issue? 2021 iMac M1 chip with 16gb memory running on Tahoe 26.0.1 OS

Mac Air M2 no slowdown, on v45.

@Dave Hooton has the right approach. I know it's a pain but maybe some of us can help if we can see it.
