Note pop-ups need a scroll bar

Long notes cannot be read in their entirety unless you provide a scroll bar in the persistent window that can be seen when you click on the note. See the example below:

Very sorry. I should have mentioned that. It was in the NICNT volume on Mark, chapter 1.
