How can I access a book I purchased and its not in my library
I purchased Andrewa study bible and it's not in my library
Is this on desktop, mobile or the web app?
Please post a screenshot showing your library with the word Andrews in the library filter box
Mobile app
I can see the Study Bible Notes resource there - did you purchase that as well as the Study Bible?
I purchased both
The above information as requested
The "Andrews Study Bible" you purchased consists of the New King James Version Bible and the "Andrews Study Bible Notes" book that is listed in your library.
There is no separate resource that is the "Andrews Study Bible".
When I purchased there were 2 separate resources
If so the store needs updating

That's correct. The NKJV Bible and the Notes. It is set up this way so that you can use the NKJV if desired, but you can also link it with any Bible in your library.
I understand your argument
Why did I have to pay for 2 different resource then
As per the https://www.logos.com/product/9500/andrews-study-bible product page, it "Includes NKJV text". There's a callout stating that you can "Order only the Andrews Study Bible notes" here https://www.logos.com/product/15006/andrews-study-bible-notes if you don't want to purchase the NKJV text.
And, for what it's worth, if you do not want to have purchased the NKJV, then you can contact customer support and return the product and then repurchase just the notes at the link Bradley provided.

Is there a setting in the Logos mobile app that allows books to be downloaded to a microSD card on an Android device, such as the Boox Palma 2 Pro, rather than to internal storage? If no such setting currently exists, is there any trick to make that happen? Is there any channel that I can ask the Logos team to create that…
My Windows Logos is no longer copying citations even though the text is longer than 40 characters and "copy citations" is turned on.
I have been using the read aloud feature, on my laptop, to read through the ESV Bible in one year. This version has the DAVID COCHRAN recorded voice which is much easier for me to listen to, compared to the Windows Computer Voice. Everything has been working flawlessly until we made it to Hebrews on December 18, 2025. This…
Quick question: where does the Lexham English Bible actually place Romans 16:25–27? I don’t see it in the main text (not at the end of ch. 14 or 16, and not even in brackets). Is it only in the textual notes/apparatus, or am I missing it somewhere in Logos?
David Cochran Heath is not reading bible text at same speed as the bible text.
