Can't Get Mobile or Desktop to read the audio of God Walk by Mark Buchanan

I just purchased the digital ebook and the Audio for Mark Buchanans book, God Walk.

In the past, when I've purchased the digital and audio of a book from the Logos site, and then opened the book in the mobile app (like the OG Unseen Realm), when I click on the speaker icon in the top right, the app would read aloud the digital book and the digital book would automatically follow along with the audio reading.

I've downloaded the digital and audio of God Walk to my Logos mobile app and opened the digital book and clicked on the speaker icon in the upper right, but instead of the audio I purchased being read, i instead get the horrid computer voice reading the book.

If I'm missing something, please let me know. If this isn't possible for this resource, also let me know and I'll return both resources and instead get them from Kindle and Audible..

I don't have that book, but can you verify that the book and the audiobook are synced on the desktop app, so we can see if it is a resource issue or a mobile one? Udnder tools, Read Aloud, you can pick between the audiobook and the robotic narrator.
Also, you can usually improve the computer voice for books that don't have audiobooks by downloading the advanced voices in your phone's system settings. My Pixel 9's system narrator is actually quite good, once you download the advanced voices.
