I just downloaded the Libronix (Version 3) file successfully after adding it to my shopping cart $0 and using the download link provided in my order form (my account) under "install for previous versions."
I have not logged on with Logos 4 yet (computer being repaired) so I don't know if that file is available or not.
Keep trying. it is real, it is there.
