Study Assistent / Author of the Gospel of Mark

I asked the new Study Assistent at Desktop for the Author of the Gospel of Mark (query in German). The answer given in English is: "uncertain".

To the same question in English the Web App Smart Assistent responds "John Mark".

As already mentioned earlier (see here), Factbook used to identify "John Mark" as the author of the Gospel. It still does so (just checked). Overall, this seems like some inconsistency.

You're lucky with your German sources! The 2nd query results is an embarrassment.

Yeah, so …? okay, I wouldn't answer most people that way but I trust you to understand that it is amusement that triggers the response. Clearly your German sources provide a more accurate answer than the English (mainly American) sources which says something about the quality of the resources offered by Logos. It also illustrates the "foolishness" of the enthusiasm currently reigning in the AI world. AI still does not judge the quality/accuracy of its input … if your library is garbage it will return garbage to you, which you will think is great because it echoes what you already thought.

When I repeated your English query, Verbum decided to answer only the when portion; I had to ask the who question a second time.
